Vision

CoffeeCat Solutions was started in Wisconsin in 1999 when Rob London left Oracle to become an independent consultant. In 2012, the company moved from Wisconsin to the VA area. In 2023, the company expanded its ERP project management services, to include IT and AI project risk management consulting services. Today, the company provides both subcontractor and direct client consulting services.

CoffeeCat Solutions is registered as a small business entity to do business with the Federal government, State of Maryland, and the State of Virginia.

CoffeeCat's mission is to help clients plan projects and manage projects and their associated risks. These services are focused on enabling client initiatives to stay ahead of the ever-changing technology and business world. To achieve our core mission, CoffeeCat staff is trained and certified to deliver quality services, which leverages industry best practices. We believe in engaging clients in honest and open discussion is the way to build trust and achieve successful results.

The CoffeeCat vision is to help clients to (a) keep pace with change, (b) deliver excellence in IT project management services, and (c) to research and improve project decision-making with AI tools helping clients reduce project risks.
